As we are on the frontline of helping businesses reduce their spread of Coronavirus in their workspace, apart from our standard hygiene policies, we have also put in place the following protocols.

Protocols in place:

  • Regular meetings to discuss current and emerging issues, government advise and any updates to cleaning requirements.
  • Staff and customers self-isolation rules apple after returning from overseas air or ship travel.
  • Ensuring all staff have completed the “COVID-19 Infection Control Training” as provided by the Australian Government, Department of Health.
  • Providing our staff with access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, disinfectant, masks, etc.
  • Non-essential customer interactions will be by phone.
  • Ongoing communication with staff on any updates to requirements, the importance of standard precautions including proper personal hygiene and social distancing.
  • Wearing of gloves at all times, regular changing of gloves.
