Kaylene’s recognises its responsibilities to provide a safe work environment for our clients, our contractors, our staff and also the public.

When you choose Kaylene’s, your first clean will be conducted by a selected team of trained and skilled cleaners who’s experience and accreditation are suitable to your jobs unique requirements.

Site supervisor for all initial cleans

During the first clean, Kaylene will recognise any relevant WHS procedures, identify any risks and supervise and train staff to ensure all work is completed with the highest standard of safety and duty of care.

As part of the Kaylene’s Cleaning Safety Management Program, all areas of workplace health and safety training is provided to all employees.

Risk management & compliance

Risk assessment and auditing is carried out on all cleaning sites. A risk is something that may happen and if it does, it will have an adverse impact on the project. Kaylene’s applies the following risk management approach to our business under the following four assessed areas:

  1. Risk identification and documentation
  2. Risk quantification
  3. Risk response
  4. Risk management

Taking this approach has reduced our risks that have an adverse impact on our business and therefore providing continual professional cleaning services to our clients.

Cleaning procedures

As apart of Kaylene’s company policy and in compliance with occupational health and safety, all personnel once selected for their particular positions are comprehensively trained in all cleaning procedures. This includes some of the following:

  • Cleaning procedures, frequency, possible risks and desired outcomes (SWMS)
  • Purpose and correct operation use of equipment
  • Risk management
  • Education on clients expectations and service agreement
  • Known hazards (accessible MSDS & hazards records)

Staff competency

  • A well trained and experienced cleaning teams across SEQ
  • Staff requirements to wear uniform and required PPE at all times
