Our Environmental Policy

By putting in place procedures and policies we are able to improve our sustainability, reduce and prevent pollution and overall minimise the environmental impact of our operations.
In Order to Achieve the Above we Endeavour to:
- Continually develop staff awareness and skills related to environment.
- Actively seek ways to reduce water use through application of water efficient cleaning methods.
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning products
- Utilise biodegradable and/or recycled sundries and consumables when possible
- Utilising equipment and procedures that don’t require disposables
- Minimising waste by using our natural resources efficiently;
- Consulting, listening and responding openly to our clients, employees, subcontractors, and the public with regards to environmental issues and rendering this policy accessible to all;
The three areas of concern when it comes to cleaning
Chemicals
Where possible we will always endeavour to reduce our chemical use or opt for 100% biodegradable chemicals or microfibre cloths.
Using non-invasive chemicals is especially important for office, retail and educational spaces where employees, students and customers will spend a pro-longed period of time. Using non-invasive chemicals not only reduces chemical exposure to the people in your space but also reduces the risk of short and long term negative health affects.
Consumables
Did you know? That simple black rubbish bin liner you dispose of twice weekly can take up to 1000 years to degrade and decompose, that plus employees and amenity bin liners create a lot of plastic waste that could easily be removed by opting for a biodegradable option that degrades naturally within 45 to 100 days.
As cleaners we are conscious of the waste we dispose of. We believe by offering our clients easy and accessible environmentally friendly consumables that together, we can both make a difference to our environmental impacts.

Day to Day
By switching to a predominately digital way of business we have not only created better client communication and management of staff but we’ve also reduced our waste by removing unnecessary paper usage of printing of documents.
In our office and on all sites, we encourage and show staff ways to reduce water usage and wasteful packaging. We always encourage staff to follow recycling procedures and utilise recycling options where available.
