Your premises security and safety is something we take very seriously. All our staff are carefully vetted, police and reference checked. All keys are uniquely tagged and coded with no identification of your property. Access information such as alarms and gate pin codes are only available to those who require access.
Yes, Kaylene’s Cleaning has public liability insurance to an indemnity value of $20 million as well as QLD Work Cover. A certificate of currency can be provided upon request.
No you do not, Kaylene’s Cleaning is responsible for supplying all cleaning products and equipment.

This allows us to ensure the cleaner understands your requirements and in turn you’ll receive a consistent standard of work, time and time again.
Our longest lasting contract has been 20 years with managing director Kaylene committing to being onsite and servicing the clients needs consistently throughout that time.
Our approach to quality control and client relationship management is proactive rather than reactive. We phone you each week initially to ensure you are happy with the service and then contact you monthly once the service is established. Plus we will conduct onsite inspections from time to time.
